Soulucean is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend opting for the additional insurance option by ROUTE offered at checkout. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the best alternative for filing a claim. You may return or exchange unused merchandise, in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving your package. Contact us to let us know you want to initiate the return, and if applicable we will email you a free return label you can download. Carefully package your return, along with the packing slip, product, and original tags. If merchandise is exchanged due to defect or damage, ground shipping will be provided, at Soulucean’s expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after this fourteen-day grace period. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please be mindful of our policy when shopping with Soulucean.

The Liner

The Liner- Every Soulucean clutch has a waterproof liner and special water resistant zipper. They are the perfect bag for carrying things that could spill (sunscreens, toiletries, etc), keeping your personal items dry at the beach, poolside, or on a boat, and for carrying wet items home (like a bikini!).

The Exteriors

The Exteriors- We globally source amazing textiles to make small runs of our unique clutches. The exterior fabrics vary each collection, and have included everything from outdoor fabric prints to hand loomed wovens to velvets and vegan leathers. Most of our clutch styles are limited editions, so in addition to being functional and beautiful, our clutches have become collectibles.
